Product Description

This tunnel kiln comprises of 100 kiln cars and 60 segments, with automatic kiln car handling system and control system. The concept is to provide an installation of modern design and construction, which offers the benefits of flexibility in operation and more profits.
Its main features:
1. All burners are equipped with burner control unit, use flow ratio firing control mode, rationally adjust the ratio of gas/ air, with a little excess      air to fire to improve the utilization of gas to save gas.
2. Using new material of microporous insulation panel to lower heat loss from kiln wall.
3. Kiln car is light and firm, it is double sealing structure (labyrinth).
4. Using the interlaced layout of burners, which is good to govern temperature difference and good for the exchange between slow firing and         fast firing.
5. Advanced computer +PLC centralized control system, it makes the operation is easier. The interface of curve, data record, trend, equipment         monitor base on windows, is good for analysis and the accumulation of experience.
6. All fan is controlled by the inverter and platform mounted, which save the cost and space, increase the efficiency and reduce the noise.
7. In order to save energy, use waste heat of final cooling area to combustion, the temperature of combustion air is 90-150ºC.
8. To low temperature difference of early preheating area, use the burner with access  air to adjust bottom temperature of kiln inside. Exhaust           port inside kiln wall is cordierite pipes for less iron defect.
9. There is a connect port on the chimney of exhaust flue and heat system, heat resource of glaze dryer kiln is from heat exchanger.
